Complaints Policy
The Editorial Board will promptly and constructively react and respond to all complaints as needed. The editors of Futurity Medicine journal will examine a complaint on a case-by-case basis according to its nature and complexity, and any decision made will take into account the recommendations made by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Proposals or complaints should be sent to the e-mail address of the journal: support@futurity-medicine.com. All messages will be considered within thirty working days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, the resolution time may be extended.
The complaint should be concise, specific and contain sufficient data to demonstrate any possible violation of the journal's publication ethics. If possible, you should also provide additional documents confirming the specific requirement.
Complaints beyond the scope of the journal, such as personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the journal's editorial board, are responded to with the reasons why the complaint was deemed beyond the journal's responsibility. In addition, the journal refrains from conducting an appropriate investigation when complaints are made in an offensive, threatening or defamatory manner.
